Absolutely the best pharmacy that I have ever been acquainted with. Nicest people on the phone, good delivery drivers, all of my experiences with Hillcrest Pharmacy have been positive.

AHF is the best. Delivery service is on point. They are always helpful and incredibly patient and kind. Their non-profit status has them linked in with all kinds of co-pay reduction/elimination programs too, which is pretty legit. :)

This is an amazing pharmacy with a truly caring amazing staff. I akways feel so lucky to have Hillcrest as my pharmacy. Several times they have gone over the top to get prescriptions filled. And stayed on top of some that needed extra work to get covered. It feels like one big loving family. And they deliver, too. Kudos to everyone at Hillcrest Pharmacy.

Have been coming here every month for a decade or more. Was tired of being treated like a potential criminal by the chain pharmacies simply because I had prescriptions for pain medicine (to treat a well-documented and expertly diagnosed condition). What a hassle it was to try to fill pain meds at CVS, Walgreens, etc. They won’t tell you on the phone whether they have the meds you need in stock, so you have to drive there to find out. And God forbid you have two RX on the same script, and they only have one of them in stock—there’s no way to fill one of the meds at one pharmacy and the other at another pharmacy. So many months I would end up spending hours driving sometimes to 5, 6, or more pharmacies all over town, just to find a place that had both of my prescriptions in stock. (And as noted, even then, the pharmacists may look at you suspiciously.) What a pain. Fortunately, I found Hillcrest Pharmacy, and everything has been 180 degrees different/better ever since. They always have my prescriptions in stock (or can get them within 24 hours). It’s a small outfit, so unlike a CVS, you actually get to know your pharmacists and assistants. They are nice. I’ve never been made to feel suspicious or bad because I have significant pain that is managed with medication. It’s been hassle free, and I gladly drive 15-20 miles (and past a hundred chain pharmacies) to go there and avoid the hassle. Bravo!

I have been in many pharmacies before but this one is by far the friendliest you are paying and the staff we greet you in a minute. Your name that they do remember and if you have a prescription to drop and pick it up at the same time in any other pharmacy around town usually takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours but here you are a priority and you can get your medication in less than 15 minutes. If there is any problem with the medications and your doctor need to be notified they will try their best to get to the doctor and correct information. There is no private parking for this Pharmacy but you can park in the alley or on the streets and both of them are handicapped accessible and the pharmacy tell his handicap accessible. They do mail your medication or delivery through their own drivers or you can pick it up yourself

They have been my Pharmacy for 10 years and are by far much better than any of that big box pharmacies. Always fast always friendly always on time and a pure pleasure to do business with. I am not a paid Advertiser just a very happy customer

Always a great experience. Sergio is always very nice and helpful. He is also a stud and super handsome. They are always quick on the refills and also offer home delivery. They have candy for the kids and always say hi to my kids too. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They take my state insurance. I love coming to this pharmacy and don’t dread it like most pharmacies out there.

The staff was timely and very helpful! They had my medication ready in no time! And helped me with questions in regards to my medication i as concerned about taking together. The pharmacist was attentive and took great care of an elderly woman that was also having some troubles in front of me. I plan to have all medications sent to this pharmacy moving forward. Thank you!
